Its a coping mechanism in which the brain will literally build amnesia walls and separate itself into different sections so at least one personality or the "main" personality can grow up "normally". She's introduced in the church/Yu arc. So chapter 6 ln or volume 7 manga. It's not really yandere hints it's more the foul mouthed and aggressive nature she sometimes slips into. The vol 7 manga has an extra where she straight up yells "Damn all you w*****! Damn you all!!" and then the very next panel says she would still like to get along with the other nuns.
