I take wild guess after chapter one. The wish thing is true and the MC or his childhood friend wished somthing and somthing not as importend was lost and nowone realised(maybe). And seeing the title the litle sister of this Childhood friend wants to be more wich maybe leeds to the death or dissaperance of the Childhood friend so she gets to be the Childhood friend.

As i said wild gues but would explaine Fantasy and Tragedy.
