I honestly expected this much to be of Kiritani and Numajiri. But I'm still really disappointed. I don't think this is the end for them though. They seem to co-operate with Manager-san rather quickly the moment their power is stripped from them. So I guess they're still in this. I'd like to think that since they keep showing Kiritani's... "troubled" past, and the usage of that wooden blade.
That she is capable of some kind of combat.
Gouda-san is an example of this, even though Gouda IS a housewive, she doesn't use a Libido cloth but still has inhuman strength and physical abilities. So I'd like to think Kiritani could potentially be in that category too.

I read this entire series again and I made some really interesting discoveries and found out a bit, quite a lot actually.
I have a theory, but I must confess, this theory neither solves anything, answers or addresses any potential plot holes, but I can derive a... lets say, prediction based on it. Read if you're so inclined
Kiritani and Numajiri were recently released from Jail (where we may assume is how they met)
Kiritani was a gangster, but Numajiri's past/history or why she was convicted wasn't mentioned. It should also be noted that Kiritani being a gangster may not necessarily have been WHY she was convicted/went to jail
This is rather interesting; how they are NOT housewives, but due to recent developments there is a lot to go on this!
There are three people of significance to be concerned about given this recent development
1 - Haibara aka Hypnos
The Chief of Police who seems to be the main arsenal in keeping the A-rankers in line.
She has not only expressed her dissatisfaction with married housewives, but also that she fails to see the point in it all, this gives the impression she may not be a housewife herself, however S-ranks by definition are "rebellious housewives", and also "meeting them means certain death".
The first we should focus on most.
Haibara is in fact an S rank with her own Omega level Libido cloth, but she is not a housewife!
This may indicate that there is a different criteria for owning a Libido cloth, and may have nothing to do with their marital status
Haibara most certainly has all the qualities of the word "Rebellious", on the very first scene when we met them, she proceeds to introduce herself to Manager-san, only to start smoking in a 'no smoking' area.
She has several split ends in her hair, which indicates she doesn't groom (care for) herself properly, yet it bothers her. Which expresses her chaotic nature
She shows impatience, very controlling and ruthless nature. Her body language shows she acts like she owns the place, not to mention she mind-controls people at will, even for petty things
The only time her composure breaks, is regarding Kanzaki, she has fits of rage whenever she thinks about Kanzaki starting a family, she blew her lid when Manager-san even mentioned her name, and she completely lost to Kanzaki in their little exchange, the moment Kanzaki touched her hair!
It's obvious she is obsessed with Kanzaki, probably even romantically!
She has all of the qualities of a dark empath! She's cunning and controlling, reckless with her power, she lashes out seemingly mercilessly against people that don't do what she instructs them, and she responds with violence and fury when she gets bashful regarding her obvious love-interest.
2 - Kanzaki
Kanzaki is a very rare case in the story, since she is the only housewife, with a developing relationship, there is a lot in this story that points to the direction that she has just been married.
Recently leaving her occupation, to become a saleswoman with intent to buy a house and settle.
She has the reputation of an A-rank perverted housewife, Saleswoman Kanzaki. People run when they see her, afraid they will be victim to her aggressive sales techniques
However:
When she battled against Andou (Mega Masochist), she went toe-to-toe against Andou in Liberation transform WITHOUT a Libido cloth of her own, there were even moments where she bested Andou in raw skill/technique. This is considering that Data Demon Hasegawa claimed that Andou has the speed of a pro boxer due to the grueling work Andou did when employed at a black company and coupled with the fact that the story has, on multiple occasions, indicated that the Libido cloth enhances the physical abilities of the wearer, and even sometimes giving the host "super powers"!
The ONLY time we've seen anybody else do this, was Haibara against Aizen, not only did she demonstrate pure strength, kicking the soul out of Aizen before even using her Omega Libido cloth against Aizen, but it shows that an A-rank even in their strongest state has no chance against an S level housewife!
Going back to Kanzaki, one thing that stood out to me, that I've been silent about, is Andou's comment about a "business limited evasive skill", when Kanzaki used "Door-to-door Sales Technique: Like a slippery butterfly"
I think this cements that Kanzaki has the power of an S rank housewife!
We also know that she used to work with Haibara, where we don't know, but Haibara personally defines her as a member of the organization, and "one of us"
3 - Katagiri
So here's where we get to the kicker! Katagiri Katagiri! Our sweet lovable housewife who got NTR'd T_T (F to pay respects)
Whether or not her husband's fling with Kiritani, makes any real sense or not, one thing for certain is that her mental decline was foreshadowed much much earlier on. Her jealousy and over-protectiveness of Manager-san, and her presumably infatuation with leaders/heros put her in a jeopardizing situation where she became obsessed with Manager-san after his heroic moments and feats of brilliance against the menaces of A-tier perverted housewives.
So she has become Chaos Creator, a chaotic housewife who seemingly is under the influence of some kind of mind-control. She's fully kitted out in what looks like the same gear as Manager-san's Voltakk series armor, which makes her virtually unstoppable.
So onto the main point of all my random typing on this series that clearly has me hooked ;3
From Manager-san's perspective, these armaments, the Voltakk series weapons and armor, came from Saleswoman Kanzaki.
So far she has sold the following:
Voltakk Claw - Sold to Manager-san
Invincible Futon - Sold to Manager-san (against his will)
Voltakk Arm - Sold to random family that got forcibly evicted by Banishing Housewives Association, but never knew how to even use the object, so they gave it to Manager-san to thank him for saving them
Voltakk Saber - Sold to Manager-san's father, Ex-Manager-san before he got hospitalized
I believe these are remnant parts of Kanzaki's Libido cloth, that she is trying to sell away, to make money to live a quiet life and raise a family with her new-found husband
Looking at Chaos Creator, she has a weapon, full armor, and a cape.
Items similar in design to the items Kanzaki is selling.
But Engineer Raikou claimed she just made the armor recently, which could indicate it is a newer model, and quite possibly more powerful, the Voltakk saber one shot a woman instantly bringing her to orgasm... and then Chaos Gungnir seems to have similar, if not more potent power in that capability!
The Resonance jewel contained in every Libido cloth, is a tool used to control perverted housewives, it shows that the host becomes reliant on this, but somehow Kanzaki has broken free of this. This is not the only time this has happened however, in Manager-san's porori plush toy, he found a discarded Resonance Jewel, which is believed to belong to his mother, as it was his keepsake of her.
This would indicate, that Manager-san's mother, may have gone missing, in an attempt to flee the other S-rank housewives, after breaking free of their control.
Like Kanzaki, its possible that she wanted to break her ties with the "organization" and life a quiet peaceful life.
We don't know if this happened BEFORE or AFTER Manager-san's birth, however, so things could have developed much more than this.
I also believe that Katagiri, now Chaos Creator, is being used to replace the void, that Kanzaki may have left behind! For what end this purpose is, it is hard to say. But I am under the impression that this is where a "take over the world" plot may start to harbour
I believe that given the image shown in chapter 26, shows the silhouettes of Kanzaki, Shirakage, Haibara, Raikou, Owner-san and one unknown person, who may be the mastermind behind it all
These S rank characters, the ones we know at least, all have the makings of an all-star squad.

Shirakage - alias Peeping Tom, Infiltration and Stealth
Raikou - alias unknown, Engineer (creator of the Libido cloth)
Kanzaki - alias unknown, combat specialist (it seems)

I think they are using the Apartment complex as a testing ground, to see how well they can control and recruit, perverted housewives to become soldiers to take over the world!
And that the Banishing Housewives Association, was a front, possibly the first testing stage of A-rank housewives.
They were paid handsomely, for gathering data on potential perverted housewives, and given a Libido Cloth, which their stealth specialist would deliver to them.
From the A-rank housewives' perspective, it was easy cash, but the data they were gathering, was clearly being used for a more insidious plot.
On top of this, A rank housewives, like Mega masochist Andou and Avenger Tsujisaki, had access to illegal weaponry, Andou had knuckledusters, and Tsujiaski had dynamite and a C4 bomb!
This is where things got out of hand! And illustrated that whoever is supplying these, has access to military grade weaponry. Even though most of the weapons, from B rank housewives were suppression tools, A rankers clearly have tools capable of causing serious damage, which probably explains why it is said that meeting an S-rank means certain death!
Using the Resonance Jewel to control them, it has been shown they can control, and even completely supress a housewives libido completely, rendering them useless if they rebel, and also giving them weapons and abilities through the Libido cloth. Making them unstoppable!
It is also possible, that they are trying to create the perfect (could be) Libido cloth, for Owner-san and the apartment/B & A rank housewives, where possibly a testing exercise to create the perfect one for her. Maybe to extend her lifespan, or to improve her health
Owner-san in her first appearance, mentioned "Soon, my wish will be granted. Isn't that right honey?"
She would appear rather sick, maybe even anemic. With her Husband's ashes by her side, and a monkey paw.
She's outrageously superstitious, which might be an indication for the desire for immortality, or invincibility. Or some other god-like power, since supernatural powers are in fact possible with the capabilities of the Libido cloth!
The indication of "soon" may mean, that Katagiri might be the final, product of this exercise! And maybe they got the results they wanted!
So where do we go from here?
Well, whether Manager-san can complete the Voltakk armor from Kanzaki is one way, but that may not mean much if they succeed in their plans.
My guess is that he will have to somehow thwart the plans of the S-rank housewives. and maybe his mother is the key!
Can we find her though? Who knows
