Speaking as an American, if I had to adjust the big 3 red flags, it would be

1. Unchanged. Anyone is welcome = High turnover rate.
2. We are a family = We want to exploit you with abusive family dynamics
3. We reward commitment = If you don't agree to offer things far beyond the scope of your job in hours and responsibilities, we'll threaten you with depriving you of promotions.

The phrasing of this part ↑ seems to be a bit off.

It feels like it should read “but changing yourself just after hearing that story, you really are impressive” or something similar.

Shujouin-san should not say “changing myself” because she seems praising the changes she noted in the protagonist and not in herself. But even if she was somehow talking about herself nevertheless, it's not she who was changing herself (it was he who changed her) and she should be aware of that.

Shujouin-san also cannot say “your story” meaning “your own story” (she was not told that's his own story from the future), and thus she can only mean the common metonymy (“the story you've just remembered and told” → “your story”) that here makes slightly less sense than usual.
