But, y'know . . . . In my opinion, Hoshino-san doing it soley for financial survival makes a more interesting plot if it means she has platonic feelings toward Eiji (which very imposibru in romcom manga lmao). At the very least, she owned her action.

Anywho, if so, since Eiji helped her in the past, she can be written to be his wingwoman, helping him expressing his feeling towards Aoi better, as Eiji compares himself with Hoshino-san in this chapter. Some kind of repaying a favor. And her own financial situation can be an another side plot to be explored some time in the future.

Instead of seducing guys, she should be a a rent a girlfriend, since they way she's doing it right now could cause problems for her. There's nothing wrong with wanting to increase the money she has for herself and her mom, but she should be a littler more mindful of how she does it.

Getting a vengeful stalker would be bad.
