@andar5 Cause I'm translating/typsetting/cleaning this all on my own so once every 2 weeks is the best I can do. Plus I have other weekly series I'm working on ie 4/5 update chapters a week.
thanks @genderbenderbb2 to translate this up.
sometime i need to balance things and clean my own palate from ultra serious manga, slice of life, etc.
solid 10/10
@LordFifthIsLife You say that as if the talking weapon trope originated from TenKen and as if they aren't ripping off dozens of ideas themselves. In the first place it's hilariously naive to complain about an isekai ripping off another isekai of all things. The genre is completely saturated with nothing but "stolen" tropes yet you've somehow convinced yourself that this one title you're a fan of is unique because you like it.
@mommunism I agree that they mostly rip each others off with clichés but at least that one actually put in effort to not be extremely generic. It might just be personal bias in my part but this one in my opinion is just another cliché cash grab wish fulfillment isekai out there.
@LordFifthIsLife In what way is TenKen not extremely generic? It's a story about a guy who's hit by a car and reincarnates in a stereotypical fantasy environment with overpowered abilities so he can immediately save a catgirl from slavery and some giant monster attacking her caravan. The only unique point is the sword gimmick, and even that is hardly unique. It started being released after the vending machine title for fucks sake. The object isekai genre was already completely saturated by the time it was first published, and even talking weapons specifically had already been around for years previous in both manga and even western content like Borderlands and DMC. To pretend it isn't a standard cliche wish fulfillment title is ridiculous.
@mommunism I said tried not to be generic. I agree that it is generic as fuck and it is at least above average. I never said it is some masterpiece I just said it is better than this manga at the very least because it atleast put in effort and doesn't shove fanservice to get ypur attention. Let's just agree that they're both generic to put an end to this argument
@LordFifthIsLife You said that this manga ripped it off, but it didn't come up with a single idea that this manga incorporates. I can agree that they're both generic, but I definitely won't agree that TenKen tries whatsoever not to be. Also, they both have fanservice. This manga has more sexual fanservice, but TenKen has far more protagonist praising and still essentially serves the same purpose.
@mommunismsigh I admit defeat. Yep, a post made in the middle of the night a several weeks ago led to this argument huh. I'm only biased because I've read the LN/WN and I completely agree with all of your opinions.
