Why not going to the novel version for the answer instead of guessing ? Usually the novel is waaay further along than the manga adaptation and often has extra illustrations and characters info so you should find the answer in it...

By the way, I wonder if, in page 22, the text outside of the bubble is though by someone else than Puffer, maybe the orc, and in that case the text would be "she is only doing it so she can nuzzle her boobs" ?

Ive been reasing WN for a while and Hermes is a guy there. Dunno if LN changed it thou but i doubt it .

Are we 100% sure...? I had a debate with management over this and they definitely pointed out somewhat of an (albeit small) cleavage in a few of their poses in the most recent chapters they were in. I know Hermes is normally portrayed as a guy, just the amount of times they were mentioned in this chapter, using "they" and other gender neutral terms was impossible so I had to make a choice. Will gladly change if anyone has some solid evidence...

If in doubt, go with the traditional gender designation...... Hermes is a male god.
Mind...even the Greeks described/depicted him as androgynous as hell... Something to do with a ....specific.... taste being all the rage there.... But all the more specifically male for that...

Hermes' androgyny fits right in with that very particular japanese beauty ideal, and the ...optimal use... they make of the ambiguous gender designations in their language for that.
So yeah... I can feel your pain....

It's interesting to have a table that contains all knowledge, but the knowledge it imparts varies depending on the user.

Could well be everything is imparted, but the "wisdom" part protects the mind from overload and filters things down to stuff that's relevant, and tables the rest for potential later use/insights.

Big hint there is the Witch, who already has a significant amount of knowledge... and gets BrainFried™..

It's a classic trope, really... Most universally known variant would be the version used in Raiders of the Lost Ark.. MeltyFace followed by BrainSplat...

Oh, and proof that to defeat the ( romantic) Denseness caused by Plotanium, you need higher grade Plotanium.
