@HDMI1 From the synopsis, they are not from the same city. Nobu is from Kyoto while this is from Kanto, I am guessing a big city like Tokyo or Yokohama. Cuisine from Kyoto is more traditional than other cities so we can see this Izakaya serves a different type of food from Nobu. This Izakaya served Highball and Hamburg steak which are Western cuisine. The taisho in Nobu was an apprentice of a Ryokan so we didn't see him served this type of food.
