I have never seen an official license be a deterrent to fan scanslation manga releases. JAMIN BOX DOES IT ALL THE TIME, notice how they're not shut down? It's pointless, the chapter is hosted on another site and often mirrored a thousand times.

LN official licenses are more likely to be respected because releases tend to be centralized on the group's own page. (Ironically, this is actually why we can't live without manga aggregators scum, license holders in the LN translation sphere have completely destroyed fan translation community in the LN community.)

@PotatoZero problem with that is lots of people could have spilled the truth like that guy, why take the chance and specifically aim at one of their friends. it guarantees if the hero finds out he would hold the kingdom personally responsible. his altruism aside if the victims were nobodies he wouldn't have cared nearly as deeply.
