@Blaster746 you probably learnt by now, but this isn't a bug, but a chapter by a group who pulled out from mangadex because of disagreements. chapters 1-14 are on their website if you care enough (group is here) this was a thing that happened a long time ago now (about a year i think)

The thing that he isn't even fazed seeing someone's blood gushing out like an orgasm means, that either their technology are so good that they're able to erase the difference between a game and reality which would cause literally many problems in reality, or he is transferred into a world or dimension where his body degraded into some 2d.
