I don't really understand why he's so driven for Roxanne, they've only ever been in the same room once.

It would be funny if someone sneaked in while he's sleeping and stole his money and the bandits' cards, as conveniently as they are on the table.

Wait, why didn't he sell the bandit rag thing to someone? He kept going on about how he needed 20,000 and the rag was supposedly worth... 20,000.

@REMasher I know I am late but first, the bandit bandana is only beneficial for criminals, so their purchase value declines in "legitimate" stores.
Then, there is the problem of finding an "illegitimate" customer. A criminal willing to pay for it. The problem with it being illegitimate is exactly what happened here: The "customer" may as well just try to kill you instead of actually paying for it.

You can find a "trust worthy" and yet "illegitimate" customer, but that takes time. Not something some little japanese boy can do in 5 days. He at most found out where a bandit's den was in that time, let alone sort them out to who would actually pay him.

@vannn She be hawt

How'd the dude steal his sword on page 10 when you see him lunge past, his hands are completely empty.

The MC feels a little sociopathic in how quickly he adapted to becoming a professional killer. He dispatched those bandits very calmly and systematically, as if he'd been doing it for years. Even if he has no emotions or guilt, it feels a little unrealistic that he'd be so good at it. Like, where'd he learn all those close quarters combat tactics?

for others it may be sociopathic but for me it seems like it is just him adapting to a new world with different laws and logic. I see it as him adapting to survive which plenty of isekai dont bother to show. I like how realistic this one is
