this manga is a trendsetter, never before has there been a manga solely focus on slave harem and living a comfy life in Isekai, and the author executes this theme well.

Roxanne is the jewel of this story and a really well written character, the other girls feels like just addition to Roxanne, but I personally dont mind. I love Roxanne so much mwehhehehe

All because it ultimately wanted its cake and to eat it too.


The power scaling in this series is extremely weakly defined or not well thought out all. Like using equivalent exchange on a level 3 thief causes the protag to almost die, but a level 25 Explorer is barely any sweat.

But you may say he had more many abilities by then and he didn't have any by the time he took out the level 3 thief. However, we know that Sherry has been steadily gaining more MP despite having no MP abilities on her class either. There's no way a level 3 thief should nearly kill the protag while the level 25 guy makes maybe a sweat bead drop. Then he is absolutely bodied by poison from the merest knick on a glove from a severed piece of a monster.

He has multiple jobs at lv 25+, a Blacksmith with an attack boost at a pretty high level and yet creatures on relatively low floors still take a number of hits to kill. If he's the strongest in the world, this world is kusoge.

I'm saying this as fan of this series. It is extremely inconsistent. That's not even pointing out how slow this series is like how Mushoku Tensei and Shield Hero started out at about the same time and they have twice the cont

That was something I always complained about in Isekai; the protagonist was always already very strong and didn't "get" anyone, or at most, they only got a kiss. But this one is different; there are several things the protagonist has to discover and learn.

I don't know why they would do it, especially when anyone who saved the chapters can reupload the posts, since it was likely the uploader and not Mangadex who took them down.
As for the Bato "massacre", bato was brazenly hosting OFFICIAL translations on their website. Needless to say, a major copyright violation.

I think that Scanlators are becoming scared as their content is no longer being ignored by the people who hold proper authority over them. Hence the copyright strikes and DMCA takedowns.

Regardless, I have no real idea why the chapters were removed. As I said before it wasn't a DMCA takedown since the other chapters are still there...

I would not call it a writing master piece, but for a slow life harem Isekai it is quite well written. The pacing is a little dragging here and there but the plot progression is clear and consistent. The characters behave like real people would (in this kind of world). The world building doesn´t stumble over itself. The erotic parts are sprinkled in well as to not come off as forced. And the fights are depicted good enough by Manga/Anime standards (which means including the typical misconceptions about different weapon types). Over all a satisfying work!

yeah that alone makes it better then not only most isekai but even several western movies/TV series as well. For instance, when i think about the Halo show and how Master Chief takes of his helmet in the middle of a potential combat area, my forehead veins bulge.
