Yes, it will become a harem. Reasons to go beyond Roxanne? Sure there are. The main draw of this series are the heroines. Because that's all there's going to be. Grinding in the dungeon, and interactions with the heroines. The LN reads like the uneventful daily life of a dungeon explorer and his merry band of slaves.

When a series' main draw are it's heroines, you will need a heroine that will appeal to every demographic, not just those who like busty, obedient, catgirls.
