So, how did the Shopkeeper in this chapter mistake that they were there to buy clothes for a child, and those two were married? (even if we consider it as business flattering)

I mean, a key aspect of marriage is always to continue the bloodline, and if you know you can't have kids, why would any marry someone? (especially in such an old era setting)

This point was also heavily focused in the Anime adaptation with how MC was shown to have had sex with a Human Woman from the first village and years later when he returns, he finds that Woman had given birth to a child, and the Anime heavily hints that the child might be MC's.

Right? I fear that too, just like how the previous Arc was called "Thieves" and we only saw the thieves at the start of the 3rd part and a bit of the 4th. (and it still had 5 parts with that title)

I really wanted them to do something special with 100 though, they could easily have done more than 6 pages in some chapters to still keep the same pace, but more content to reach her arrival in time and not have just 1 panel of her on the last panel of 100 or something like that that will probably happen...
