Well, with a permanent 1hp max he better get as much damage as possible. He chose the TWO classes known for being glass cannons....
He had Wizard lv 1, Rogue lv 1 and Bandit lv 1.Wait so you're telling me he could Level down, level up again and add a new class ... dude found the most broken exploit of the world if that's the case
I mean the flip side of that is being better at not being scratched in close combatYes. Choose a class with hand to hand combat when you just need to be scratched a little to die.
probably because if he get hit once, he'll get hit again. better to bet on evade it allWhy not choose a class that can grant temp HP?

SInce he leveled down he lost the bandit class and when leveled up he decided to get the monk class instead.
The system in this manga is D&D probably fifth edition. Which only have 20 levels. The low, very much single digit levels make this quite funny. Not really something you'd usually see in isekai manga. But of course with the MC limited to 1HP, he would be screwed against any opponent of a significant level difference, in a face to face fight.
Considering the existence of negative levels, amongst other advanced mechanics, it might be based more so on earlier editions. Hell, maybe even pathfindersThe system in this manga is D&D probably fifth edition. Which only have 20 levels.
