Oh, so he did shift his car with him.
I wonder how he'll help this girl; he'll need to find trustworthy people who can take care of her. It seems that she's maybe not exactly human (with the blue hair the the initial magic light reaction to being given water). I assume that next chapter she'll start speaking. Or maybe not and we'll have an adventure where he just gets pointed to where she wants to go.

While helping people in need is good and all (maybe that's the "price" he has to pay for having his power "fixed"?), I'm not really a fan of having unresolved plots then shifting to new arcs like Isekai Dragon Egg (still good in other aspects though). I really hope he goes back to Kyara's world (or place, if he's still in the same "isekai") because their last meeting was with a big lizard chasing them and she could've thought he fell down the river with it and died.
