Likely not any time soon, because this is literally all this manga has going for it plot wise. There is nothing else. Nothing ever really got established, nothing really had been built up for a later point in time, and due to the setting, there is no "new" characters. Everyone already knows everyone because MC came back to the same world after just a few years.
This started out great, but quickly became a mess the moment MC became unable to kill those he needed to. I don't get why that part was introduced at all. It doesn't fit the story.
If you want a no kill Hero, the villians need to be redeamable somehow, or off themselves in order to allow MC's major handicap to work. If your enemy is killing you, and you just beat them up, and let them go because you can't do anything more than that, they will come back and try again, or harm others because you cant truly stop them.
Neither of those "redeeming" enemy types happen in this story, as of yet. But MC is 100% a shounen hero in terms of what he can and can't do. Basically the story is stuck. MC can't end the fight himself, but he alone is the only one strong enough to do it. The rest struggle along and have bairly managed to not die.

I gotta admit, I was really feeling this series in the beginning but the combat really is dragging on. It's not bad enough to drop it, I mean it only takes a few minutes to get through, but I really hope for some sort of actual progression soon.
Why did the chapter end before the ppl expressed their gratitude? She said they should be thankful, so I fully expected next bubble to be "thanksigato gosaisomuch-o"

I can't really blame the manga for following the novel here, but cutting away from the marionette master the moment she's defeated to go onto another entirely pointless battle is surprisingly even less satisfying than in the novel version. Thanks for the translation all the same.
I went through the web novel version and they never did resolve what happened to Arize. I'd held out hope that the manga would handle it better, but it seems that was a fool's hope.

You know... there's one part i find truly poorly written, and it's the fact the people who experimented/tortured them were clearly humans yet "yeah let's kill the demons and beastmen". Well the bad guy is planning to do the whole "let's destroy world" thing anyway so i guess it doesn't matter.

It seems I was too hasty in assuming it was a group decision. Sorry if I was too rude or insulting. It's just that I have seen waaaay too much nonsensical and pointless censorship in way too many mangas over the past few years. If it was part of the raw like in Arifureta

But arbitrary censorship to "suit the tastes" of the groups/individuals involved in translation and whatever? No. Just no.
All my pent up frustration and annoyance over this issue just exploded and you guys ended up being the target. Sorry about that.
