So far Pharma only really dealt with basic element manipulation, how exactly will he magically remove the diseased blood and then create new healthy blood inside Palle?

Honestly, would be easier and more logical if he tried creating chemotherapy machine, but I imagine that by now Palle is already dead.
The blood is a secondary issue, the actual cancer cells are the real problem.

Given that magic is a option, there are some potential ways to go about it. Falma can probably synthesize early chemotherapeutics, but element manipulation might have some interesting interactions with cancer cells.

For example, if he could create sugar with radioactive isotope of carbon. Cancer cells are extremely hungry, so they would eat the radioactive sugar first, which would potentially allow Falma to home-in onto the diseased cells with his magic.

Just wanna add to the discussion, a quick reminder that more than his ability to create substance, Falma’s god eyes are often subtle, but a crazy cheat that would be the envy of all medical practitioners.

He can get instant confirmation of the effectiveness of any treatment he proposed and he can tell the degree of healing/illness of the person at 100% accuracy without even touching the patient.

If he fine-tunes the probing he can probably ensure guaranteed success for every step of the treatment with minimal side effects.

The problem with this is that Palle is so intent on preserving the name and dignity of his family that he's dismissing claims without calm review. Rather than the 'That sounds interesting, but I'm skeptical until I see reasonable proof' stance that natural philosophers, scientists, and medical professionals should maintain, Palle immediately leaps to name-calling and slapping the shit out of family members. "How dare you--?!" because someone makes a hard-to-believe claim is pretty close to religious outrage. It's not scientifically, logically, or even philosophically sound.

Palle is literally letting his own, personal dogma stand between him and medical treatment.
To be fair, at this stage he has no way to know how Falma would know any of this, since they've kept it from him until now. As far as he's aware, he's talking to a kid with delusions of grandeur; he'd probably take it differently if it was coming from, say, his father (who could be much more reasonably expected to be at the forefront of medical research). It looks like he's coming around on it pretty quickly now that he's seeing direct evidence in his own blood.

interestingly, the theories Palle explained is how people in the past understand human health as well (in Western medicines, that is)
I do like that he brought up 'humours', but then talked about the problems with the idea. I'm waiting for the moment when we have the discussion on Flogistination vs. Oxygenation, which we may miss because Pharma went right after 'Red Blood Cells == Oxygen for Cellular Respiration'.

It still doesn't excuse the way he slaps around his own brother though. It's also downright disrespectful to automatically assume the worst possible outcome/interpretation, especially to Eleanor who is of similar age to him.

My father passed away from AML 2 months ago, we took him to a hospital in Denver where he went through experimental treatments and was one of the hardest things I've seen a human endure, unfortunately the treatments never succeeded and he died at the age of 56.

Chemotherapy would cause baldness, but only in the effected area, if it was say, his chest he'd lose any chest hair for example, chemotherapy doesn't make you lose all of your hair, usually that's only when your treating brain tumors that you go bald, though again it depends.
Chemo in the modern day can be decently targeted to mostly only affect certain areas of the body but it still has a noticable effect on all cells with fast reproduction.

Working with precursors and fiddling with his elemental manipulation Falma likely won't have as fine control as modern chemo but likely could still reduce collateral damage.

What I'm most interested in is if he'll need a bone marrow transplant given how far along the disease has spread and how severe the damage is. Marrow transplant is a bitch and a half, there's a reason it's considered the most painful procedure to endure for both the donor and recipient.

Palle is exactly the kind of nobleman who would watch commoners toil themselves to death in miserable circumstances and state it's the will of the Heaven, and there's nothing anyone should do about it. While he himself, though also working hard in his own safe way, would enjoy the luxurious life of a noble, also saying that's how the Heaven decreed it and no man should change it.

Chemotherapy encompasses a broad category of treatments, and not all chemotherapies cause hair loss. Hair loss does sometimes occur with ATRA+arsenic trioxide therapy, but it's not a particularly common side effect (sub-5% in some studies).

What I'm most interested in is if he'll need a bone marrow transplant given how far along the disease has spread and how severe the damage is. Marrow transplant is a bitch and a half, there's a reason it's considered the most painful procedure to endure for both the donor and recipient.
Bone marrow transplants are almost never required for APL patients with modern ATRA-based chemotherapy. It's one of the most straightforwardly-treatable cancers out there today (which is presumably why the author decided to use it). Sharp contrast with AML, which often requires more aggressive chemotherapies and bone marrow transplantation, and has far worse prognosis (10-year survival rates <20% vs >90%).

I read a story once where someone tried that with a relative's cancer, tore out all their insides by accident, just poof and large parts of their internal organs were gone. The guilt sent them spiraling from there.

And then Phalma rolls up his sleeves and shows the Medicine God's marks and says "There's a god right here, and I say this shit not only needs to change but I will change it myself and if any other god has a problem with it we can throw hands."

So the author has two potential routes right now. One is having Falma attempt a more advanced version of his god power by targeting the cancer cell or some common marker of the cell and delete them, which is the clean, everything is cure route. The other is having Falma synthesized chemotherapy drug and have his brother go through the side-effects of chemotherapy, which is the more educational and realistic route for reader.

I read a story once where someone tried that with a relative's cancer, tore out all their insides by accident, just poof and large parts of their internal organs were gone. The guilt sent them spiraling from there.
I like how Black Healer and Tensura handled it. The cancer was technically part of the patient's body, so healing magic just strengthened the tumor instead of healing them, but removing the tumor and then healing them worked fine.
