Even though I’m still not a fan of how the writer rushed Hiromi into a relationship with Nonoka, I can’t really be mad that he got some ass today. Honestly, I figured this was bound to happen. He’s in Wakayama, surrounded by two beautiful women, and he’s just seen his ex along with the other girls at the share house. So eventually, him sleeping with someone was inevitable.

That said, with him eventually going back to Tokyo, this development feels kind of pointless. Think about it, what if he goes back early just to grab some things, and one of those girls begs him to stay? What’s he going to do then? Will he stay, or will he tell them he’s in a new relationship and plans to move to Wakayama permanently? That could easily delay his return to Tokyo for good, which to me feels like weak development.

Overall, I think this was a decent chapter. I just hope this ends up being a learning experience for Hiromi since he keeps rushing into relationships. Hopefully, he slows down eventually, but that’s just my opinion.

honestly, the thing that annoys me the most is that all this will do is hurt Nonoka.
It's purely a pet peeve of mine, but I have just never liked it when authors go introducing characters like her purely to serve as "development" for the protagonist and are treated as cheap props meant to be hit, quit, and left heartbroken.

Nonoka deserves better than the bullshit Hiromi's gonna pull on her, and the fact that I suspect she'll simply disappear from the story the moment he returns to the sharehouse strikes me as almost insulting, given we got actual characterization for both her and our inn proprietress during this arc, only for both of them to simply be tools for Hiromi to continue stumbling his way through his love life struggles.

Maybe I'll be surprised and Nonoka will be given more agency and justice than that, but I struggle to see it happening when she's in the entirely wrong city, and was introduced well after the 5 main contestants.

yeah, we're f*cked ... as a manga reader for waaaay to long, I know about hate-reading or more like sunk cost fallacy, and Sasuga Kei knows when to activate it hahaha, I read GE Good Ending not fully from the start but I caught up and was at the moment when it ended (not much of a fan, but still better than DomeKano by far) and with DomeKano there were some bumps (in the end the actress girl didn't add much to the story, even the drug addict was more impactful) but still pulled through and hated that end hahaha, now here on her 3rd serialization I can say ... f*ck it I will still cope.(edit: until we get resolution for Tanazawa at least, I almost forgot that problem hahaha)

friggin Seo Kouji embrace the meme and I enjoyed fully Megami no Café Terrace (he even make fun of himself with a fuuka joke mid series).

depending on what happens next chapter i might just drop the series. even though mitsumori wasn't part of the original harem, she seems like the best bet for hiromi and i hope he stays with her. i very much doubt we'll get a happy ending in the coming chapters, so depending on how the author deals with it i might just bail entirely. the only girl i was rooting for in the original harem was tsubasa and hiromi shut that avenue down, so if this isn't the end pairing i have no real interest from here on out
