Oh sweets, thanks for the recomendation.Hmm ... 300,000 yen salary for a month? Where did i hear this thing before?
Hohoho, it was this manga
Imagine how these adapting artists must feel actually putting that line on paper. Certainly it must feel like the most unrealistic thing possible to them."I drew a character who's not supposed to be there for a whole chapter!"
Seriously? That's the best "it's a work emergency that needs you here to help now." excuse the writer could come up with? I can almost forgive manga writers for the crap nonsense excuses they come up with when trying to pretend they know how things go in an office or another type of business, but this is the sort of thing that you, the actual writer, pretty much do for a living. Or if you're just the writer and not the artist, then it's something that you have direct access to the people who do this part for a living. Surely you can come up with a more reasonable and convincing explanation than that...
"You've got to come and help! My computer crashed and wiped out all of today's work! And I forgot to back it up this time!"
boom. sensible, realistic, reasonable explanation for her needing immediate and significant help that doesn't make her sound like a total idiot.
But of course, I forget. "being a total idiot" is apparently moe or some nonsense. And we can't have all the lonely nerds going a chapter without swooning over their endearingly clumsy waifu.
House husband, male prostitute. Potatoe, potato. This dude is just a few lewd romcom accidents away from just becoming a personal male prostitute for a rich idol girl.
Erm, kinda both, it get published in splits on the 1st Tuesday and 3rd Tuesday of each month, so biweekly as splits and sorta monthly if you wait for the whole chapter, at least judging with Chapter 3 (which both parts got published on April 4th and April 18th), because 1 and 2 were out the same day on March 14th (ch 1 free and 2 as "paid")Does anyone know if the release schedule for this title is biweekly or monthly?

Not to come off as pedantic, but the word actually being looked for here is "bimonthly," since that's the time frame that's being split. If there was ever a long-form series that was published as "biweekly" that author would likely be burned out before 1 month had passed.Erm, kinda both, it get published in splits on the 1st Tuesday and 3rd Tuesday of each month, so biweekly as splits and sorta monthly if you wait for the whole chapter, at least judging with Chapter 3 (which both parts got published on April 4th and April 18th), because 1 and 2 were out the same day on March 14th (ch 1 free and 2 as "paid")

Well only if you think that Biweekly means twice a week yeah, but it means both, twice a week and every 2 weeks also known as Fortnightly, same goes for Bimonthly going 2 ways, so is whatever, japanese for this schedule they only call it 隔週刊 which can mean every other week, beside biweekly, sometimes adding a day like 隔週土曜 for every other saturday, and bimonthly being 隔月刊 and known as every other month, example being Dragon Magazine (ドラゴンマガジン) which is published every other month/bimonthlyNot to come off as pedantic, but the word actually being looked for here is "bimonthly," since that's the time frame that's being split. Also, "Biweekly Shounen Jump" doesn't exactly roll off the tongue well.
Being a total idiot???
So humans have to be perfect beings who never make mistakes???
So a sleep deprived writer who is super rushed makes a mistake in her story and maybe adds stuff meant for a later scene early on because they can't fully think straight is unrealistic???
Humans can make dumb mistakes.
The fact that she planned the character for the next chapter means she already had the idea and sh*t.... so she could have easily mixed up a scene...
Stupid mistakes that they realize were super obvious is normal for humans.
How many times have you made a wrong answer on a test only to realize after the test that you wrote the wrong answer while actually knowing the right answer???
