makes sense nozomu would feel that way at the last moment. he's been running around frolicking in the countryside with his loving extended family, caring new friends and his cute, and marriageable, cousin, while bro was stuck in a soulless urban hellscape with his guilt, thoughts, and absolutely zero bitches.

I know this isn't that kind of story, but it's a bit unbelievable this is how everything turned out. First why is he still bleaching his hair after Kagosaki told him she didn't actually like it? So the reader's don't get confused? I get that he's still devastated by the relationship trouble, but it doesn't make sense to me he'd be hung up on what happened to Nozomu. Senpai was the most hurt, and everyone else is validating him as the victim. What little we do know about him is that he's impulsive and impressionable. Feels like everything is just conveniently falling into place to make Nozomu's redemption easier.

"So what you want me to actually tell the truth about what happened?"

She's afraid of him, but this comforts him?
Its been address she still cares about him a lot but is traumatized. Her wanting to comfort him is greater than her trauma.

Why It feels like the end??????
Because the family tree isn't braching.

I hope this arc gets resolved quickly, I hope whatever plan they come up works and everything gets wrapped up neatly. And I really, really hope that Nozomu's realization that being with Sou makes him happy, goes a long way.

I suspect next chapter will be the plan and after that, we'll finally get that one episode I've been salivating for months now. Tokyo date incoming.

I think reading too deeply into it just doesn‘t work here. Author has been very on the nose about pretty much everything and there just isn‘t more to it.
I also wished for a big bang but alas.

I hate when people type it as authors fuck it up every time but this really seems to be dumb teens being dumb teens and then some growing up.
I liked this chapter tho

I'm not really sure how to feel about this resolution. Whatever the mangaka was going for I can say was not compelling at all to me.
