No, I don't think so. They are just something Haruto made to make artificially leveling up more exciting for Char. But I'm not sure if he consciously decided on the locations, that would be a little weird looking back.

The cards are real, but they're meant to be a cover to the MC removing the magic seal that their parents put on her as a baby. With the "last card" obtained the seal is removed and she's back up to full strength. The dress transformation was just more magical girl showmanship from the MC.

I’d hope he’d reveal the crest he has on his chest. Her finding out that the child she decided to throw away caused her own undoing would be an amazing sight.

This manga is so fucking funny man, it’s so far detached in this arc from the normal silleness that has happened before.

Char always has a probably insane barrier around her from Haruto so I doubt the Queen’s attack will do anything, but I’m also sure that Char’s magic power is larger than the queen’s. So we’ll see how this plays out.
