We know she is not human from the demon recognizing her as inhuman.
But that doesn't mean she is a majin, she simply knows the majin girl for her reputation.
That could mean the principal is a majin or another not human sepcie.
If she was a ally of the majin I think that fake loli would have her recognized her for that identity.
So maybe is simply a non-human conducting a human life, even if is very likely that there is some reason.
I'm guessing that in a future chapter she will be shown using MC fake relic for some attack, or maybe trying to kill MC with it, and he will simply deactivate the magic.
