Theory I like the most is Tooru and Head Doctor being same soul in two different bodies (reverse Diavolo). And Tooru wanting to use new rokaka to fuse with HD.
Regardless of this fairly far fetched, but very cool and possible nonetheless, theory, Its good to note that we have 3 separate parties all wanting to use that single new rokaka for their own goal.
Jojolion is setting itself up to have the most interesting and convoluted finale of all parts and could even be the best part overall, but that is yet to be judged.

So, one question has been answered and it's as clear as day: HD is Tooru's Stand. We know it's abilities and what not and possible name is still The Wonder of You (I think).
