I gotta say, the constant shift between the Stand and Satoru Akefu is a really cool visual effect. I can just see it constantly shifting in my head as it talks, with the voice potentially distorting as it switches.

Also the effect of him moving through things is cool too. Not as cool as two chapters ago, but still cool in it's own right.
