I love this.
OP tamer MC with his epic first quest: Cleaning shit out of shit holes.

Yeah, the MC is kinda lucky, to be reborn in a cool world with incredible stats, tame and befriend thousands of slimes, get found by a powerful but good and just noble family and mostly coming into contact with nice-ish people...
But his real humility is refreshing.
Anyways, this manga is clearly a chill story about wholesome characters going about in a magical world... So I don't really understand what people complaining that it's boring were expecting. This clearly isn't a battle manga.
It doesn't mean that violence can't be found in this world, and that our MC wouldn't defend himself or his loved ones if necessary, but I expect more pacifist use of his abilities, from how his personality was described.

he blushing and act timid like that because he almost don't have any social interaction when people really ask him if he okay or not like the duke family and he almost has no friend when he live in earth so thats not helping him at all

Under statement of the year award.
It is a medieval European style location, with magic, OF COURSE their knowledge of *medical* *science* is going to be lacking. It took hundreds of years of our nonmagical society poisoning and bleeding itself to death before we began to actually try and understand the causes of illness (ok, to be fair, it toom advancements in all other fields before we were capable of discovering viruses and bacteria, but my point stands) if all you have to do is drink a funny liquid or have someone point at you and say "heal" there is absolutely no way they would have enough interest in the cause to actually investigate it...

The path of technology takes an extremely large number of routes to get to a vast number of possible destinations - similar to evolution - people, on the other hand, will usually take the cheapest and fastest route possible... We are still a steam powered civilization after all (no, seriously, everything but wind and solar - and even some solar power - uses steam or water in general...)
There would have been no reason for humanity to develop the medical field if we could take proven and very real magical potions...

Anyway... I shall end my rant here.

@obsidian I agree. He's pure like a child, but ultimately that's more an indication of what he was like as an adult than anything else. He's sincere and thoughtful, but also consistent and not unrealistically intelligent. I like it.

All gods in that world pity him after looking at his status and background, and they try to give him the best possible outcomes in their world. There's also a scene where the gods question the earth God's decision to make him suffers in his world.

@Pen3 I can't disagree. The mother is drawn much better. I don't dislike the daughter's character, but she is as useless as a child can be. With neither looks nor use, I see no reason for her to be viewed as the main heroine.
The mother and the maids are both much better candidates. Along with the smelly cat and pretty much every other female character this manga can provide.
