NGL the MC's bit of inferiority complex is kind of getting annoying.
They really have to do something about it.

Yeah... I'm drooping this.
The gaslight trope was fun for a while, but when dumber and dumper (also infuriating) situations keeping happening because of it the fun ends. Not to mention they keeping Kuruto from doing good deeds, just to gaslight him, makes them evil.
The worst part is a MC with the innocence of a 4-5 year old being dragged along sexual/romantic fantasies of closed ones. It is the most 'realistic' depiction of real pedos and it is fucking uncomfortable.
