Well as others said, only adapted Volume 1, and thats good enough, title premise is pretty much Vol.1, afterwards it turns into a normie romcom, that while author tried to fix in the LN compared to the WN, imo is not good enough to keep reading past this lol

I never seen an author just continue the story like the original premise is irrelevant, and just expect readers to continue with a totally brand new story.

Vol.2 is pretty much MC best friend younger sister trying to get it on with the mc, and she was like a 2nd year highschooler or some shit

They did mention she really likes him. I hope they continue the theme of the title/plot in Vol 1. Maybe MC becomes the cheater this time?

as several have said, this was somewhat unsatisfying, i was expecting some epilogue pages.
This ending reminds me A LOT of all the "villainess" mangas(i'm a sucker for those) and their "denouncement scene" and those always get an epilogue (or even start the manga like that). Look at "i have 24hrs" villainess manga where this is made sooo much better

Thats why you call manga like this a promo, so they make you go read the LN if you want to get anything out of it, and since this adapted only 1 Volume, thats pretty much it, with the LN getting a 4th and final volume in a couple of days

BUT, there are only 3 chaps translated of what comes after this, and the novels have not been updated for a year now.

TL of the novel seems to have died as soon as the main story arc ended, I guess the novel scan team got bored too.

I get this is only the first part of the novel, but damn, way to flub the ending in pretty much every way. Let's go down the list.

1) The point of the plan was to emphasize your status as victims of your partner's cheating. Telling everyone you're hooking up with your cheating ex's former partner the instant you break up really doesn't make you look like an innocent victim.

2) You ruined or at least damaged your master plan by casting doubt on the idea that you were innocent victims...and you don't even get together for reals. So now it looks like you were mutually cheating on each other and broke up when the filthy thrill was gone.

3) Weird, gross fixation on Touko's virginity. Seriously, who cares, ew.

4) Cuckold guy gets to keep his cheating girlfriend. Yay I guess?

5) Seriously, zero consequences for Karen and Fuckboi? She walks off and he just stands there and that's all? Come on, give me something to show they're getting their just desserts.

Very disappointing, 3/10.

They aren't gone per se, some time ago Webtoon issued a subpoena to cloudflare to reveal all personal information of a bunch of sites in which flamescans was listed (list of 300+ sites), so they took down the site recently for some days, rebranded and now they are up as Flame Comics, they have their new group under that here too, Radeon probably missed that lol

I think that Karen and Kamokura both got punished perfectly since Karen was publicly humiliated and she obviously cared about ensuring that people think she is a decent person because she resorted to lying and Kamokura lost the chance to get what he'd been waiting to obtain: his girlfriend's virginity.

Overall, I was happy with the ending, although, I would have been happier with the ending, if Nakazaki ended his relationship with Rumi.
