Man, this arc was going well, but author have the necessities of fuck up every time he can...
@0181sam "To Love" was made to horny teenagers who wants see tits and asses, nobody cares the quality of the script. take it like a soft porn parody of a romcom.
This is worse cause supposedly the author try (very vaguely, apparently) to give us a story about love and i don't know waht more, giving us a pretty bad soap opera with no charisma or soul instead. The only reason why i keep reading this is because i love the comment section, who is more entertaining that the chapter itself
Ruka was written to be hated, right? Her addition to the movie staff is such a poor decision. She has no real reason to help with the movie, she just wants to patrol Kazuya's personal space as much as she possibly can. The tension between the three of them can only be detrimental to the production.
"i cAn't aPProVe thE PrOducTiON oF ThIs MoVIe," nobody was fucking asking you for your permission you dense bitch; you have no authority here to be "making decisions."
To a point, I can understand visiting your significant other's place on short notice because you're skeptical. But the fact that you have to be skeptical should raise a red flag, one that you should have seen many times before that the man isn't into you. He hasn't been into you for the last however long you've been living in this fantasy.
You're a little brat that won't take no for an answer. You need to grow up and learn how to cope with the fact that the person you like doesn't like you back. Stop being so hard headed and get on with your life.
That aside, this manga is written solely to make people angry. I'd say it's doing it's job pretty well. As much as I hate Ruka, I'm having fun hating her.
All this author's talent went into art. If there were a list of manga that were so bad, they're fantastic at inducing rage or irritation, this would be near the top. This is another form of hate porn, the mirror image of Tate no Yuusha. Instead of hating the antagonists, you hate the protagonist, and hell, even the manga itself.
But that's what makes it so beautiful. I will never drop it solely on principle of it being so trashy it warps around to being incredibly enjoyable for me.
Plus, I have a weakness for characters in theater.
