@IsaacBai Well said! It hurts that his self-esteem is largely based on what others think of him. But he's strong in who he is, as is she. So they'll be alright. But I do worry the author will make the story such that he will think she's deserving of someone "better". I would hate that cliche. This story has been refreshing in its simplicity and wholeness so far. I hope our author avoids the tropes.
From where I'm standing, she's still a college student and she's probably unsure what her future should be like beyond having our main man being in it.
@ViEmlleSzDias Here's the thing - there's been plenty of romance stories where NTR is suddenly introduced or hinted at in an anotherwise wholesome/adorable manga and it has ruined mangas when that happened. A lot of authors think it's a good way to spice things up but don't realize that if you promise someone a certain type of story and deviate from it with its antithesis it burns people. I don't really remember what caused people to drop the manga but Kimi No Iru Machi had something similar where the author did something fucking retarded and people just dropped it. Same thing with Wolf Guy.
