For a longer explanation, I think what's happening here is... he says "daisuki" to her (translated as love), she says "doe... ki?" in response, he thinks due to crying she mispronounced "daisuki?" and responds "un, daisuki" i.e. yeah he loves her, but then she reacts with !? and says "chiga... eto..." ("that's not it[cut off]... um...") which sort of implies that he misheard what she wanted to say. So I think that's why those other Twitter people are trying to guess what she actually meant... Dore kurai does seem like a good guess, wanting to know whether he likes her more than the other girl or not, though I don't fully understand her super emotional apology, maybe that's just her being her...
