What messed me up about the gif panel is that it didn't loop and switching pages didn't make it replay. It legit made me think i was imagining the animation.

I read it in long strip but I see it now. it seems the gif does not loop so I probably loaded it earlier and when I finally got to the page the gif wouldn't play again. Thanks for the help though.
