The story pace become strange after tragedy that killed MC family. The story i read as far from the novel become like slice of life fantasy when MC befriended with some magical animal. Its like the pace in first ch is slow, then suddenly become intense in this ch, and then become slow again after this ch, so i think wtf dude, why? lol. And so i dropped this series.

Edit: Im actually confused, the chapter is really all over the place for some reason. Are the family dead at this point? Page 17 says the dude burned everybody to death but page 19 the girl says things about saving the aunt. Page 18 says they burned Falco, but the chapter starts with Falco being shown.

People need to get over themselves. Either the MC is op and the result was predictable because he rescued everyone. Or, the mc is weak, pathetic because he didn't save them the way you "wanted".

Come on now, we all know you would be complaining with either result, so please give it a rest.

they all end up dead since the mc literally rampaging and killing anyone that involve with this sh*t so almost everyone in that town end up dead making the mc become a demon lord

Not everyone is dead, but most of them were tortured.
The aunt and Falco for example are still alive.



@TheOne320 yeah more or less, this manga´s original novel is even worse in that regard....
There is A LOT of wasted plot points that gets "resolved" by more or less removing them by force.
a pretty common thing when the author dont plan very far ahead or writes themselves into a corner.

nothing good happen if the author decided to destroyed many characters from his work.
the sadness can hit the reader, yeah. but not many readers want to keep read more (except for finisher).
just do it like oda one piece, I think it better that way. he just literally kill Ace and whitebeard, couples of years later... there's a statue of them in osaka.

this is just from my POV of preference tho, many out there readers have a difference taste.
