I hope the author will take some risks on the future chapters. Everything was predictable, the boyfriend cheating, the friend who cheated with the boyfriend, and the making a band at the end.
It really feels like a Story I read too much, and that's not good.

Agreed. Since its the first chapter I wont bash it too much but I am hoping this wont be a cliche story I've already read 100x times

I think this is an interesting twist on the "go back to the past to fix things" but outside of the perspective of the one time traveling. When you hear it outside of the first person POV, they do sound crazy. I personally liked the "is she lying or serious" question that is presented to the reader thought it seems to already be leaning into actual time travel.

I'm curious about what eventually transpired that would ultimately end up in the main character's suicide (or attempt). It seems our two main characters were either very close friends or dating as adults.

doing things she hated, everyone around her being fake to her face and hurting her behind her back. At least going off this initial chapter.

That happening to you constantly from all sides throughout your formative years will do a number and a half on your psyche - especially if you have no one you can turn to for support, which it seems like she didn't have, the first go around.

I don't mind the cliches, but the pacing was a bit too fast, felt a little awkward to read. But then, first chapters need to set up a hook so I'll also hold my opinion until the next few chapters.

Ok so she's out with being from the future immediately, and we're following someone reacting to such nonsense, ok yeah that's an interesting premise
While it's interesting she's out about being from the future, your average person isn't gonna believe you hense why typical people avoid suggesting such, so repeating such whenever you can, I don't see how that could be effective, but then again how do you convince someone to ditch her current life for something much healthier? Well I'm sure there are words for it

Wow, of course the boyfriend is a dick, hmmm this would see to be a constant in Yuri, well I would know with how much I consume, but I've just been hit with it recently

She keeps saying she's gonna save her, but like ya need to show yerself helping her too, not just claiming too, but i have seen lil bits of her trying so I don't know my own point here
