Howdy y'all, Kiwi here!

The title for today's chapter was something... I ended up settling on "For finding me..." since it uses the same text as the bubbles near the end of the chapter and chapter 1. It doesn't flow quite as well, but that's the price you pay for being somewhat consistent. Though if you think "I wanted you to find me," "I'm glad you found me," or "Thank you for finding me" works better I'll for sure change it.

Today is the backstory chapter, honestly been waiting for this one for awhile now, I wonder how long it'll take for Ao-san to get all the information we just did. Next chapter seems to connect the events of this one to the first chapter, so we'll get to see Nina's side. It's a shorter one, so hopefully it'll be out fairly soon.

I might have been a bit overzealous in claiming I'd be trying to get like four or five chapters out this week. I'm really happy to have gotten a few people inteterested in joining the group, and in fact I now have a typesetter for this series! You might have noticed the change in typesetting. Do you guys prefer it, or is there anything you'd tweak?

Since typesetting was the second most time consuming part to working on manga for me, I can now spend more time focusing on translations, which hopefully means we can be more consistent for this series. Eventually I'd like to catch up to the raws, but for now I'm hoping to just get at least a chapter out once or twice a week.

I also have an application for a cleaner/redrawer, although I do enjoy doing that work myself, so we'll see. Honestly, it might not be a bad thing, because it'll free me up to spend more time on my other series, which I intend to continue solo for the time being.

Well, so far he's acted like a parent that just went through divorce and is rather in a mood you'd expect.. but most things he's said so far as painful as it is for her are solid points though, if he does some marriage shit then he really is just a shitty parent even when getting the benefit of the doubt now

And yes her mom is also trash, she literally divorced the man cause of the way he is, and yet she expects her daughter to "get along with him". If that were easy to do, the divorce wouldn't happen in the first place

He's def the reason the divorce happened, still crazy to me that her mom still gave him custody of Nina...woman you divorced the man for a reason.

I mean he's right, there's no job security in Vtubing or Youtube/streaming in general. Better to get other skillsets and at least a backup career plan you can actually do before you start that kinda stuff. Ofc there are people who get big in streaming and then go to college or start a business with their extra money but those are rare cases. Like 98% of people are unable to hit it big with a good audience. I'm sure he's just worried for her and wants her to have a good future.

He practically said Vtubing/Streaming etc, isn't a safe future, since your income is unstable and people could lose very well interest in you and find someone else to enjoy, which happens with endless YouTubers/Streamers, I doubt you for example are watching the same things you watched a couple years ago..

So you can't say he's wrong in anything he said, as of now he hasn't done anything to physical interfere with her decision to do it, sure he voiced his opinion, but that ain't a crime (So he isn't guilty of anything right now)
