LOL 😂 What a joke, so much bullshit just to fix it with magical timetravel friendship]
Yotsuba starts wanting to die, wishes she was never born, tries using the clover. Uichi hears this.
While fighting over the clover with Uichi like Gollum and Frodo, Yotsuba goes back in time again to when she is a child. Uichi loses, Yotsuba wins. Yotsuba keeps her memory, Uichi forgets. She refuses the fork-in-road path to play with Uichi. Jumps from the roof and commits suicide to make everyone happy. Time passes until high school, everyone living well. (Except Yotsuba, she's cosplaying Rebecca from Edgerunners.)
Uichi pricks his ring finger where clover ring was during high school, partially recovers his memory, crashes out. Involves Futaha, who somehow flies across logic and tells him "he's in a time loop". Tada, recalls everything. Somehow breaks all prior plot precedent and "magically" finds the 4-leaf clover in the field in front of the shrine, and goes back as a child AGAIN.
After final loop, through power of friendship (and social media), they get her mother arrested.
They confront Futaha about her true personality, convince her with a letter / montage of predicted events. 3 kids somehow reconcile Futaha's parents marital problems like Dr. Phil. Futaha's parents cooperate in the plan.
They go to the cops. Cops and politician leaders are corrupt part of the Society, refuse to investigate. Then kids stage a social media smear campaign. Somehow convince the world to stage mass protests Animal-Farm style, "Pink Lady Bad". Then a livesteam battle occurs (?) between Uichi 10yo, and a 30yo woman in her basement. A child's tears saves the day...?
Yosuba's brother goes double-agent and provides the lynchpin testimony when actual investigation is forced. Lampshaded security protocols of police literally putting a coth over their head when interacting with her in the jail cell. The mother freaks out that nothing is working, starts sobbing uncontrollably about not seeing "beautiful faces", then sees her own reflection in the mirror. Becomes entranced with it like a demon from Constantine.
Ends on a happy-go-lucky everyone is back in highschool note closing with the tagline phrase. The end.
Time travel shennanigans are involve (one more loop), of course this is gonna end in a happy noteJesus christ. I'm wishing for this to end on either a bittersweet or happy note, but I'm starting think this wont.
Care to spoil? If this sucks that hard I'd rather jsut pass until the final chapter.Oh yeah, everything goes downhill from here. The ending is abrupt and a bit disappointing, don't expect much
It got rushed
I'm down with her motives/logic; she's crazy and coping. That's completely fine for me.yeah no sorry but with the last few chapters this series is plummeting down to like a 6 for me. crazy how stupid villain motives and logic can ruin a series so quickly.
I must've misread something here. That's why I dropped it some chapters ago. This is not a 10 manga. More like a 4.
Peeked back in now based on the sudden spike in chapters comments.
Spoilers in 2 tiers, be careful which you click:
Author abuses the reset button one too many times to retcon everything. About as bad as "it was all a dream" ending.
Lost the entire plot once that supernatural mind-control, supervillain-middleschooler, xanatos gambit garbage happened.
As bonus hilariousness tag crack bingo roulette: it involves a 10yo livestreaming, social media protests, and wearing a cloth over their face to hide from the supernatural eyes like some kind of SCP.

I read ahead in the LN's. Welcome to my personal hell.
I try to warn people in NovelUpdates reviews when a series veers into a ditch to save them the time I wasted, but often those get auto-censored / shadowmoderated for reasons unknown to me.
NU appears to have magical keywords that auto-censor or ban reviews. Blanket censors that are similar to early 1990's forum-style poor partial-wildcard matches.
It's because the actual culprit is Futaba, her best friend and one of the only good people she had in her life, since Uichi is not in a good mental state. if it's anyone else I'm sure Yotsuha will fight back. Even I did not want Futaba to be the culprit because Yotsuha deserved something good for once; imagine how Yotsuha herself feels.Dunno, maybe because the author takes so long but I feel like Yotsuha swapped her character archetype like... two, three times already? There was a point where she was literally willing to "deal with whoever it takes, by any means necessary" to save Uichi, and now she struggles to fight against person responsible with all the bullshit going on, in the process losing everyone one by one. And then the whole "maybe you shouldn't be born" angle really doesn't make sense in this story, author already established before she's nowhere near stupid enough to take random responisibility for this kind of stuff, yet now it feels like she lost braincells because yes. I thought the author was cooking, but this isn't even overcooked, it's getting burnt at this point.
So we can fully blame him for shit ending and not the editor. Got it.According to the author it wasn’t rushed. Just told what he wanted to tell. I do think the end could have been longer but it was a deliberate decision not a forced rush.
and those 3 got k!lled by her too hahaha. Like I made one k!ll himself and the other 2 make some of my goons k!ll them, but yeah, they totally died because of Yotsuha."you killed like 4 people, you know" -girl who killed 10 people

What's ruining it for me is this whole flawless puppet master thing, especially when they've lost their counter of time rewind powers. It was fun when they were cat-and-mousing with Fu but now its just boring misery porn.
