So dude can read the mood when it's important for plot to save his senpai but most of the time he's dense as a rock and can't take a hint that she wants to flirt with him even though she expressed it very clearly? OK

That's not entirely it in this case, she wouldn't be teasing him like this if he wasn't so stupidity dense

Yeah, she's so incredibly grateful to him that she prefers to play mind games with him than being honest with him. "Oh no, can't let him see that I actually care about him"

Calling a high school girl a cougar is just plain wrong. I'm with you on this one, TL.
Yeah, the first chapter's "Mother Teresa" at least made a tiny, miniscule bit more sense, but "cougar" is so off base it's laughable at best. Official localization "translations" are always the biggest messes.
As I said in the chapter 1 thread, if one is so utterly pained and distraught, like they NEED to "localize" her nickname of "Married Woman", at least make it something like "Missus" since that's still way, way more accurate than Mother Teresa, and "cougar" obviously just has way too much of a sexual connotation to it to be accurate here either. I've noticed localizers just love doing that recent years, so I'm not surprised they chose something stupid like that in the official English version since it's typical of them, but it's annoying nonetheless.
