Kaaruniru = Carneil or Carnille
Esupekku = Especk
Eruseenuando = Elsainuand
Ruuburittsu = Reubritz
Idisu = Edis or Edith (haha)

It's best to use the usual approximations of things like 'maou', 'makai', etc. instead of writing an explanatory footnote when they're introduced, by the way. It goes a long way in terms of immersion.
