Fenrir is a known god killer, I don't think Petra can win.
Odds are she's gonna get saved by Lucoa, which who'll eventually also join the fight.

I don't think Author gonna make Petra look bad at her first debut just because "oh in real myth this Character is a God killer"

if they really fight, again... I don't think author gonna make her lose just because" In real myth, this character kill God".

at best lucoa probably appear and stop Petra from killing Loki because, this is Kobayashi Problem, not Petra Problem

Heaven forbid a character just be evil. No, he needs existential dread to motivate him.

It makes it seem logical that a God of one unique and specific thing could maintain their ego longer and existence because they've self limited themselves. That limitation is what makes them unique and gives them a direction because even they can only approach perfection.
Not really. It just means that everything unrelated to that thing will be pared away for their monofocus. They'll still lose everything not related to whatever they're a god of, and they might even lose more than a more generalized god who would need to be able to deal with multiple fields.

Wait. Lucoa has a little sister? When was she introduced? I don't remember her at all.

Edit: Nevermind. I ctrl+F her name in the chapter list.

So, is White-San Takiya, or maybe child of Samurai girl and King from the other story and hired by Takiya?

"I saw in you a king worthy of my loyalty..."
The King in the side story called himself "Obayashi", which - taken literally - is indeed "in" K obayashi, as in her name.

This could strongly suggest that White is indeed someone who is/was familiar with the King, and more importantly their fake name - meaning it's likely that they're either his descendant or are Kiyama (the kid).

And since you mentioned it, the chance of Kiyama being Takiya is actually quite big: Aside from the similar appearance and hobbies; the kid appeared to be a Sentai fan, which means he most likely came from the 80s or 90s. This lines up fairly well with Takiya's age (mid 20s) considering that the series takes place in the present day relative to its first chapter's release, meaning that it's currently around 2013-2014 in their world.
We also know that Kiyama isn't the kid's real name, and considering that japanese people (at least in manga) tend to derive fake names/nicknames from their own real names, it could very well be that "Kiyama" is derived from "Takiya Makoto" - Takiya's real name (yes, that is his real name. Yes, I had to look it up).

Putting these two together and speculating that White might be Takiya, we find even more potential (albeit tenuous) connections: The essence of the magic imbuing White's sword is described by Kobayashi as "ominous", and appears to be familiar to her - we can tentatively consider this to mean that the magic is Fafnir's, since Kobayashi is familiar with it and it is often described as giving off an ominous feeling.
We can even go full tinfoil hat and say that "Evil God Dawn" refers to fafnir himself - since in the raws for last chapter, the part in brackets of "Apostle [of the Evil God Dawn]" is written as "jashin don no" - with "jashin" meaning "evil god", "don" being a transcription of the word "dawn", and "no" meaning "of". You could maybe argue that "don no" is actually a subtle reference to the honorific "-dono", which Takiya has used in the past when referring to Fafnir, and that "Evil God" is just an apt description of him which Takiya uses in place of his real name - but I think that's just grasping at straws at this point.

Either way, we'll find out in the coming chapters. Though it'd be extremely interesting if it really turned out to be Takiya - he feels way too underpowered compared to the rest of the cast, especially considering he's in the know about the whole dragons thing.
Seeing him finally getting some action and being in the spotlight for once during a serious arc would honestly be amazing.

So I think this confirmed the Kobayashi is, at the least, a descendent of the King "Obayashi", but who do we think White is and who is this "evil god"? There is some evidence that it might be Takia, like how Loki says theres "interference from someone from the other world", but do we think that's true? Aside from the bonus 1 shot, theres not much evidence that Takia might have any special powers. But maybe this will be explained, lol. But then if it IS Takia, who's the "evil god"?

Love the detail that Loki's henchwoman is Fenrir, lol. It's been a while since Norse Mythology in school, but wasn't Fenrir one of Loki's children?
