It's the dude who was trying to play chaos and harmony factions against each other, pretending to be an advisor to Kanna's dad. Kobayashi defeated him using her kamehameha. He got beaten up by Lucoa afterwards and exiled to Earth where he is supposed to keep an eye on the visiting supernaturals working for Shouta's dad. He hired Georgie afterwards. Well she forced herself on him, more like.

I'm gonna add that Kobayashi using the One-time Kamehameha was a plot point that was important down the line for her to absorb and 'repaint' the power of the god(s).

I knew she remembered! I called it! Know who long until Kanna and Ilulu fes up?

I'd bet it's a "You're adult now, so you deserve a choice whether to involve yorself or not with this (My) world"

Aw I love Azad and gorge chapters. It’s nice to see them grow. (And hopefully gorge can grow a little for so this adult and teen relationships can get less creep even if it’s the girl hitting on the guy.)

Kinda annoys me that Georgie gets to remember what happened and got in the secret while Riko's still in the dark about it. She ought to know by now with how solid her relationship with Kanna is. :/ I mean, even some random american girl their age discovered the secret and is fine with it.

Riko would accept Kanna, no doubt about it. She wouldn't, however, keep quiet on the matter. Anytime she got excited, she would blurt it out.
