I like how all the random side characters slowly become more incorporated into the overall story. They really didn't need to bring Tezca/Yozora back in any capacity, but here she is, being a lovable character. We even get to know a little more about the triplets. I kind of hope this reincarnated god chums up with the main cast in some way, especially since Lucoa seems interested in at least giving her a chance.

Also, this is going to be a really odd nitpick, but the fact that they are wearing normal long skirts is so off-putting. Doesn't matter how many times I see it in manga or anime; it just doesn't feel right to see NORMAL skirts. I mean, it's right in one sense, but not in the other, y'know?

I like the pitch black eyes of Yozora's friend. Very distinctive design.

NGL when the author starts fleshing out side characters with distinctive designs, I feel like they just want to start drawing a new story.
Clearly he's setting up for another spin-off featuring Yozora and friends. There's already five (Kanna/Quetz and Shouta/Fafnir and Takiya/Elma/Iruru and Taketo), what's one more?

What an unsatisfying chapter.

This one literally forced Lucoa to rape her sister with a curse and caused the collective downfall of an entire civilisation.

"She was willing to protect a human girl she has a personal attachment to" is not a sign of inherent goodness, trustworthiness, or safety.

...and like, where's the payoff for Lucoa? After all the buildup and death glares this chapter she's just awkwardly humming-and-hawing, resulting in "Well, I guess I'll keep an eye on her."

Half the chapter was jokes, for fuck's sake. Why even write in heavy relationship drama if you're not going to pay it off? All the other dragons get a full arc, Lucoa gets some offhand chapters with a bunch of downtime fluff in-between?

This was your shot to make Lucoa anything more than just the butt of a bunch of tit and shotacon jokes. To payoff all her buildup as an ancient goddess who doubts herself for an incident that wasn't even really her fault, and won't use her world-shaking power because of that self-doubt. And you did NOTHING with it. Her ancient foe... kinda just wants to be a high school girl and forgot all that ill will, and Lucoa is fine enough with it they just go to fuckin' karaoke and it's played off as another joke. What a letdown.

This one literally forced Lucoa to rape her sister with a curse and caused the collective downfall of an entire civilisation.

And died as a result. They literally paid for the crime with their life and happened to come back. They happened to get a new life.

This is something that is a difference between the way westerners and easterners view the extremely mythological concept of reincarnation. The western view is that it's more or less the same life lived by the same individual. The eastern view is that the point of reincarnation is for the soul to experience being different individuals and hopefully build up some learning by doing so.

The whole point is that she had to learn to move on, dude. The victim was telling her to move on, the perpetrator did their sentence (you know, dying), it was only Lucoa who was still hung up on it.

Also, like, if Tezca reincarnated as a human then that's the business of whoever manages that (God, I guess). Lucoa doesn't have the right to be judging that new life.
