I re-read, Prince Beta of the Berta-Alois alliance is indeed separate.

I was mainly talking about how, after the new writer took over, Corinth's "Xanatos Gambit" of ensnaring King Alois and his army was full of holes.

He has literal phase-shifting drones he used to sneak around and capture every single last bandit in the capital with individual tracking. But loses the head of an enemy nation (and their successors).

Seems poor writing given his capabilities and literal satelite surveilance with a sapient super AI.
