yall talking about how they should have killed him. The decision was probably made by some higher ups who don't give a damn about the harm he does to regular people and saw more value in testing their new toy than the lives that could be lost if this all goes south...you know, the way this shit always goes in life. It isn't them being stupid, it's them not valuing the lives of the people they endanger with their bullshit and pursuing new more horrible weapons. Because of that, their whole cost/benefit analysis is all fucked up.
