The ingenue in me is super hyped for an anime adaptation of one of my favorite series ever. The cynic in me is wondering how badly they'll ruin the anime adaptation of one of my favorite series ever.

Well I was disappointed in TWGOK, Jitsu Wa Watashi Wa, and mildly disappointed in Made in Abyss when those were made into anime. I'm sure I can handle any disappointment that stems from this, should it come to that, and just let myself get hyped.

@MarqFJA87 Well I have the translated PFDs from Yenpress if that is what you're asking but if you refer to the japanese LN then you're fucked Kadokawa is really paranoid with their novels as fast as someone upload one at the next second is deleted.

Search this "so i'm a spider so what pdf" on google and open a site called vn-meido Using the chache version of google the page is already deleted but the cache version has the links to Mediafire, just click on the little triangle pointing down and then see in cache.
The PDfs are a little longer than the originals because the text was typed all over again but I can assure you that they're complete.
If you can try to buy them later to support the translation and this way Yenpress maybe translate volume 5 and more.

@linkhuesitos15: I don't think I found the page you're talking about, but I did find a non-cached page on the same site (last edited on May 4, 2018) that led me to a collection containing the following: 5 "parts" of the web novel (apparently fan-translated; part 1 has two versions, one specifically qualified by "blastron version"), Volume 1 and 2 of the light novel (Yen Press translations), and Volumes 1-8 illustrations. How complete is that?

Now was able to see how the characters looks like: loli-baba maou, Mera-chan, and the other mob-character leaders. 'Kuro' got previewed before so not excited to see him, but too bad, our favorite spi- I mean 'Shiro'-chan wasn't showed properly. Can't wait to see her full 'shiro' form.

It is a preview of the future. But there will be a lot of things will happen to our favorite spider before they reach that point - few more evolutions, new characters, new events, new goals/quests. Her 3rd companion(excluded her multiple personalities) is really interesting(and really funny). And there are still lots of things that will happen after that future meeting.
