The tags for this manga are trash, and Nao has come off as a cuck who doesn't care if Luna fucks other guys, as long as he can fuck her too.
The story was somewhat interesting due to how the author handled the "misunderstandings," but now, it resorted to the most clichéd and absurd tropes possible.
They are author will want to do things with the other girls Luna fooling around with other guys will be the excuse. So technically the tags didn't lie but he left one out.
Brother, NTR happens when one of the two has feelings for the other. In this case, Luna and the MC have mutual romantic feelings, so if Luna slept with another man in that hotel, first, she has the brains of a monkey, and second, it's pure and simple NTR.
Yeah but it's hard to care about stuff like that, for me, I still don't really have any issues with how this situation is being handled.
If in a future chapter Ryujii somehow seduces Luna and they're literally shown having sex then fine that's different.
So, if 10 guys bang Luna off-screen, it’s not NTR, but if Ryuji does it, then it is 🤣🤣🤣
Sorry brother I'll have to disagree, all this stuff is just nothing really to fuss over, if an actual character was involved then that's a different story.
I could get into a deeper discussion about this but people really do misuse NTR, but like, I don't think that's worth debating here.

And we all get that your arguments make absolutely no sense. If you want to cope by telling yourself this isn't NTR, that's your problem, but I think you're the only one who doesn't get it.
Like it or not, the author has made Nao look like a textbook cuck.
This isn't a question of coping, NTR does get misused, this situation is still bad (if the sex did happen) but it's hard to get emotionally invested since it's all offscreen.
I don't think this discussion is really that fruitful but just saying, Nao should only really be called a cuck if he gets aroused by Luna sleeping around.

Did he feel cucked when he saw Luna walk into the hotel? Yeah, we all saw it.
After Luna was constantly dropping CRYSTAL-CLEAR hints to Nao that she liked him—and even admitting it herself, she goes and does that?
The worst part is, if the author had planned for Nao to make his move, he could have skipped the whole hotel thing entirely. This is nothing more than an absurd excuse to throw in some NTR and make Nao look like a loser.
That's fine, I've already said NTR gets thrown around too much and either way things go now it was a bad story moment but it's a pill that I can ultimately swallow in favour of seeing Nao and Luna finally cross the line.
And yeah I don't ever see a situation where Nao actually becomes a cuck unless he gets drunk with Ryuuji around and he just let's him seduce Luna but as it stands I don't think Luna would do that.
IF Luna did have sex, that's bad and all that but the motive (stupid as it maybe) was for Nao's sake, so if Ryujii actually tried seducing her then I'm pretty sure Luna would rebuff him unless Naoto straight up said he has a fetish for it.
If the sex actually happened then it's a bad story moment but it's nowhere complete doom and there's plenty of ways for the author to fix this going forward.
The thing is, it should be assumed that she's had sex in the past but for me personally it's hard to get that mad over any of this because we're not being shown it.
The main thing is whatever Naoto does in the present, he's just gotta stand his ground and make his feelings clear to Luna, the only time I can reasonably react to any NTR if it actually happens on panel.
That is to say, if we get any NTR going forward then that would be a 100% betrayal from Luna.
Still, I'm not going to doom over this latest chapter, with all the stuff I've read before this situation is still pretty tame.

We start the chapter with Naoto's question, it appears he got it right this time, and Luna gives the look of someone caught after the fact. Luna, still blushing, asks Naoto if he's okay with her, with what she did. Luna then tells Naoto that using the dating app was another one of her secrets, making it the 4th one revealed so far. Luna asks Naoto that despite knowing that she uses the app to find someone to blow off her pent up sexual desires with, that will he still accept her.
Naoto, after a quick pause, says that if it's with Luna-nee, he doesn't dislike it. His words hit Luna, and she mirrors what Naoto just said, "if it's with her", as she grips her arm. Naoto wanted to go through the process of the two of them properly loving each other before going with it, but he's determined himself that if Luna had to find other guys just to deal with her pent up desires, then it might as well be him to do it with her. Luna then remarks that Naoto mentioned that he too was pent up, to which he confirmed. She starts to think that Naoto too feels the same way, that he gets pent up desires as well, just like herself.
Luna then decides that if Nao-kun so much as desires it, then as "Big Sis Luna", she'll be able to help him with his pent up desires. She then tells Naoto this and that if he's fine with her, then she'll do it for him.
Naoto moves in for a kiss, but Luna pushes him off at the last second, causing Naoto to mention that he really wouldn't cut it to be Luna's partner. Luna denies that, but as if making an excuse, explains that because she reeks of alcohol she doesn't want to go through with it, and that she needs to prepare for it so they can't do it today. Naoto smiles, and tells Luna that she doesn't have to feel sorry about it, and that they could do it at another date, to which Luna then said that they'll do it on Friday.
Luna mentions that on Friday, Naoto would be on a break, and that she'll be prepared for the deed. Naoto asks if they'll actually go through with it, to which Luna asks if they won't. In the end, they settled on scheduling the deed on Friday, and both go red as the realization hits them in the face.
The next day rolls around, and the two are acting weird, unable to maintain eye contact with each other. Luna rushes for the toilet, and Naoto rushes his meal in order to go to the campus. At the campus he meets Kawashina and Mimi, and the two asks him if he has plans on Friday, getting him flustered. The two invite him for some "Night Parfait" that was getting popular at the moment, but Naoto declines, telling the girls that he already had plans that day. Kawashina notices Naoto was blushing, he tries to play it off, but Mimi correctly assumed that Naoto was hiding something from them.
We then cut to Luna at home, lounging around her bed and checking the date and time on her phone, with their plan for Friday the only thing in her head. The days pass by, and the two continue their preparations for the fated Friday, with Naoto buying "supplies" for the day ahead.
The promised day arrives and Naoto cleans his room first thing in the morning, the only thing left for him to do is ask Luna if she's ready. Chapter abruptly ends as Naoto calls towards Luna.

As far as the hotel incident goes, author has left enough leeway to have Luna say later she didn't go through with it.

Nao: "Don't worry, Luna, i still love you, so it's ok if it's you"
