We start the chapter with Luna all spent, she was so bad at gaming that she started bawling at her inability to continue past where they were at. She decided to just lay back and support Naoto, who would be the one to continue playing. Naoto himself however wanted to Save And Exit as fast as possible, but retro games won't allow such a thing. Naoto had to clear the current stage to be able to save.
Just as Naoto decides to lock in, Luna has an devilish look on her face. She decided to tease Naoto as he tries to clear the stage. Naoto felt her teasing, but Luna plays it off and Naoto thinks she did it by accident. Luna's feet were rubbing Naoto's lower body, and are dangerously close to the family jewels. Luna then starts actively hindering Naoto's progress as she BLINDLY pokes at Naoto underneath the kotatsu.
Naoto's reactions embolden Luna, and she innocently continues her attack. Luna's attack escalates as she scores a direct hit at Naoto's "joy stick", thinking it was Naoto's knee, dealing critical damage. Naoto being unable to hide his reactions causes Luna to press on with her attack, with the job being done now with both feet.
Naoto is nearing his limit, and he takes at look at Luna's direction. Luna, who was absorbed with the job afoot, is showing an expression that caused Naoto to pull hard on the controller, making a mess. Despite the mess, Luna confides to Naoto that she always admired the kotatsu experience, together with someone to accompany her inside it.
Luna explained to Naoto that when she was younger, whenever she enters a kotatsu by herself, despite the depictions on the television of the kotatsu being warm, she finds it a cold and lonely place. She tells Naoto that this is one of her secrets, that since her household is different to Naoto's, he might find this conversation too heavy. Naoto then assures her that the conversation was indeed heavy, but it was not heavy enough for him to hate it, and tells her that he'll go along with her whims with the kotatsu no matter how many times she wants. Luna then lays her hand on top of Naoto's own, and basks in the warmth of it all.
Chapter ends as their warm moment was interrupted by a phone message from Mimi, asking Naoto out on a date, and specifically tells him to bring Luna along with him.

Short spoiler: No new Luna secret, Ryuuji returns for karaoke, we might learn a new secret next chapter.
We start the chapter with Naoto and Luna already at the date venue. Both are dressed up for the occasion, and are currently waiting for Mimi's group to arrive. Mimi's was pushy with her messaging that Naoto couldn't find the chance to decline. She mentions bringing along a guy friend, so it'll be a karaoke double date. Just as Naoto was wondering who Mimi will bring, Mimi and her partner arrives.
It is none other than ya boi, Ryuuji. Ryuuji is glad to see his Aniki once again, and was surprised that Naoto and Mimi attend the same college. The group exchanged greetings, and Naoto asks Mimi how she knew Ryuuji. Mimi tells Naoto that she and Ryuuji go way back. But ends that line of thought by immediately taking Naoto's arm and aggressively pushing for the event to be a true double date. Everyone was caught off guard, except for Ryuuji, who was still toodumb simple-minded to notice. Ryuuji looks like he's been hitting the gym, tells Mimi that he's not longer just dumb muscle thanks to his Aniki, and mentions being beside him would be too much for Luna's heart.
Luna whispers to Naoto, telling him that despite Mimi calling it a double date, it's just karaoke so he shouldn't mind it too much, as whoever had fun wins. Naoto tries to reason to himself that it's just karaoke, but their sitting arrangement is bothering him. Ryuuji is sitting beside Luna, while Mimi is beside Naoto. Naoto calms himself byreciting prime numbers remembering that Ryuuji is mostly harmless, but notices Ryuuji, who now looks like he'll fit in Jojo part 3, staring at Luna's cleavage with a serious expression.
As Naoto is calling out Ryuuji in his mind, Mimi strikes. She asks which song Naoto will sing, but he doesn't know the latest and trending songs at the moment. Mimi clings closer to Naoto, and Luna notices her. The two are about to start their little war for Naoto, but it gets interrupted by Ryuuji, suddenly pulling on Luna asking her to sing with him. Ryuuji asks Luna to do the woman's part of the song, as it is too high for his own voice. Luna looks for the other mic, but Mimi is holding on to the only other microphone. Mimi then tells Ryuuji to share Ryuuji's mic with Luna instead, and Ryuuji obliges with sharing the mic, pulling Luna closer instead of handing the mic over.
Luna is looking awkward with Ryuuji being too close, and Naoto sees it. Mimi is obviously manipulating Luna away from Naoto by using Ryuuji, and she pushes it further, as she mentions Luna and Ryuuji's past part-time work relationship. Ryuuji notices Mimi talking to his Aniki, asking what they're talking about, but Mimi says it's nothing important and decides to sing next. Mimi starts to sing as the mood gets awkward only on Luna and Naoto's side.
Time passes and Naoto is getting drinks, recalling that he never really went to karaoke even back home. Luna passes by, heading to the restroom, and teasingly praises Naoto for being good at ballads. Naoto retorts that it took his all just to keep up with Mimi and Ryuuji. All that singing got the two sweating, and Naoto then asks Luna a question.
Naoto asks Luna where she usually hangs out. He mentions that back home in the countryside, there's not much choices for him to do during his high school days, and wonders how Luna spent hers. The mood shifts and Luna tells Naoto that it's probably not worth hearing about it as it's not interesting.
Chapter ends as Luna tries to escape using the restroom as her excuse.

Taking the bait, Naoto enters the room and asks Mimi about it. Mimi, delighted that things are going to her plan, laughs and teases Naoto that he really likes Luna. Naoto gets flustered and Mimi tells him that he's very obvious, and that because he's like that, he'll get deceived. Just as Naoto reacts, Mimi pushes Naoto down.
Meanwhile in their rented room, Luna asks Ryuuji where Mimi went. Ryuuji tells Luna that Mimi went to the restrooms as well. Luna decides they must've passed each other, but then wonders what's taking Naoto so long to return. Ryuuji then tells Luna to not worry about it, as it's probably just the usual behaviour from the attention seeker. Luna then asks Ryuuji about his relationship with Mimi, Ryuuji remarks that Luna could see it, and tells her about their relationship.
Back to Naoto and Mimi, Mimi takes her position on top of Naoto, who is now laying down on the seats. She thought taking Naoto away from Luna would be easy, but because it's not going smoothly, she decided she just needed a fait accompli in her plan, an irredeemable fact, while planning on luring Luna to the scene after the deed, as she digs under Naoto's shirt. Naoto fights back and takes her hand, but Mimi responds by telling him that she might shout, asking him what would Luna think when she finds them.
Mimi makes her move, licking Naoto's stomach, and caresses Naoto Jr. above clothing as well. Naoto continues to fight back, saying that whatever Mimi does, it won't make him like her. Hearing this Mimi laughs, mocking Naoto with his misunderstanding, she was not doing all of it to make Naoto like her.
Naoto asks her why, and Mimi tells him it's because Naoto is Luna's. Mimi then tells Naoto her true objective. Just as Luna took from Mimi, Mimi plans to take an important something from Luna as well. Naoto starts to think what Luna could've taken from Mimi, Mimi then asks Naoto to become hers.

Well he will win in the end unlike most stories Luna wants the male lead. So he would be more a final boss than a threat unless we are in for a huge rug pull.

Indeed, because if it depends on what the author does, he will surely normalize NTR and sexual abuse on a large scale, and readers will swallow this content as if it were nothing out of the ordinary.
I doubt we get anything like full netorare with Luna whoever was with her in the past will probably end as the final boss for the male lead to overcome. Plus it's clear here that Luna wants to be with him. We will just have to see what impact her big secret will have what ever it is.

Although, the closest thing in recent chapters is the forceful breast groping of a new female character by a faceless mook character, and even that was later on PLAYED FOR LAUGHS as said mook got dispatched by the new female character with relative ease... or the MC's imaginary video game tentacle'd FMC.
If you went and read the summary for chapter 23.2 on the other hand...the new female character is getting there on the MC, just not quite with the violence part
I'm guessing someone got triggered way too easily really bad, and went on a reporting spree or something... that or the requirements for the mature tag is way too easy to fulfill.

If I recall, in the previous chapters wasn't Luna just pretending to kiss someone or something? I'm just hoping nothing happens between her and Ryuuji since they're alone, I have a few bad scenarios that are popping in my head.

Yeah, when I see both of those tags pop up at the same time with an originally ero tagged series, I generally assume that someone got assaulted and just completely drop it and move on.
If that's the standard it's going by to add the SV tag, then there's a lot of other series that should get changed as well (I guess even To Love-Ru because the "lucky pervert" events could call for the tag combined with all the time Rito gets "assaulted"
