Arsonist was spraying flammable materials at staff as they flee from fire according to other sources. There was report of explosion and first floor where all the production papers are reported to be total loss.

Arsonist is arrested. It is believed at the time there are 16 deaths, 35 injuries and 20 missing.

出火当時、建物には従業員など70人余りがいたとみられていて、警察によりますと、33人の死亡が確認されたということです。

男性が12人、女性が20人で１人は性別が不明だということです。また35人が病院に搬送されました。

このうち17人は重傷で、16人が入院して手当てを受けているということです。

消防によりますと建物内の救助活動は終了し、取り残されている人はいないということです。

jail? are you f- serious? there is no excuse for thing like this, the main problem is not on him for now but generations after him that will play innocent card. I choose head for head, hand for hand, and you know the rest. IMO, unless there is legit evidence that he has been insane/crazy before the tragedy happened then jail is a thing.
