I'm down for this concept. Most of these types of series are kinda bland, but having one where the ML is trying to help the FL be healthier? And the FL just loves food? Much more enjoyable than the typical "I am boy who can't cook <insert wife FL>".

was just about to say "i hope she doesn't lose weight as part of the storyline"
sucks, some people are just fat, they don't need to have weight loss as part of character development

Chapter 2 and they’re already saying stuff like ‘this became something I couldn’t live without’. I may of found a romance manga with good pacing for once 😭 anyway I love the series and cooking anime are always good slice of life. Anyone else thing the art style is kind of inspired by fujimoto’s? The expressions look very similiar. Might just be me tho.
