honestly im tired of this op mc isekai thing its making me sick to read it these days please recommend something that mc doesnt get op skill but actually has to train long time .. or its about war strategy emporer thing starting from zero without op power i want good story and character development

Some good ones, even if the first two aren't the from the types you named, exactly.
I guess I should recommend classic Shonen Manga, though I believe that the "Start from nothing and grow" formula doesn't lend itself well to good writing and is more a powerscaling thing.

more slice of life /family focused so no fighting so far but the main premise of this is that he starts off pretty weak, sickly even, tho idk if he'll suddenly be op magic wise after a 'recovery' tho
