The boss of the city looks like a normal person, but is probably packing the most grotesque enhancements. Can't wait for more.

I’m actually disappointed with the design of the boss. I expected the author to subvert the readers expectations and actually go the musclehead route but instead he pulls the same thing all mangaka do and make the OP character look like a kid/women. Literally looks like if Atsushi Tanzawa and Juuzou Suzuya had a baby lmao
